Step 2: Check Your Email
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email with a secure intake form. This form collects the information needed to prepare for your notarization, including document details and signer information.
Step 3: Complete the Intake Form
Please complete the intake form as soon as possible. Submitting this information in advance helps ensure a smooth, on-time notarization with no delays.
Step 4: submit Payment & Receive Your Session Link
After your intake form is reviewed, you’ll receive instructions for payment and a secure link for your Remote Online Notarization session through the BlueNotary platform.

Florida Remote Online Notarization Fee Disclosure
Florida law permits a notary to charge up to $25.00 per online notarization.
Additional fees may apply for secure remote notarization technology services, additional signers or witnesses, after-hours, same-day, urgent, or emergency appointments. All fees are disclosed, agreed upon and paid for prior to the notarization session.
